The event. . . 3 nights and 4 days at the ICONIC BROOKS LAKE LODGE
Arrival on Thursday we will destress you from your travels with a welcome social at 6pm hosted by “Taste of the West” and Cowboy Gary. Delighting you with Wyoming Bourbon, Whiskey and Wines from around the state. Dinner to follow and announcements. Then a relaxing evening as we get ready for 2 days of riding and or a choice of snow tubing or snow shoeing. You will have not only have drank a “Taste of the West” over the weekend but also experienced the food of the west in all your meals being included. Lot’s of socials, parties, contests, awards and auctions fill the weekend. And most fun of all our professional guide auction. Sunday we send you off with breakfast and going away hugs and gifts. A group photo by the epic fireplace in the grand dining room and lots of photos for you to take with you.
You will be provided above and beyond what you normally would experience during your stay. This is a true bucket list adventure, vacation what ever you choose to call it. While we come together to raise funds for those in need. You will not be disappointed.
WHO CAN COME? Anyone above the age of… hmm.. those that can handle long days, and lots of fun! Seriously, leans to more of an adult event as long as your younger person wants everything offered! Young persons must be of state legal riding/ or rental age.
HOW MANY SPACES AVAILABLE:
25 -28 attendees and is first come basis with a commitment registration.

Cabins and lodge rooms are designated depending on the size of your group.

WEEKEND AGENDA
Thursday:
Participant check in, pick up gifts, swag and turn in additional fundraising.
Welcome Social 5pm- 6pm –Taste of the West, Cowboy Gary will treat you to a bourbon, whiskey and wine tasting from Wyoming’s finest.
Dinner: 6:00pm – Meet in the dinning room for dinner and announcements. ** Themed night- Represent your state your from or college favorite. It’s up to you.
Friday – Morning: 7:00am – 8:30 am Breakfast and announcements
Staging Prep: Stagging of sleds in the morning after breakfast. You will have time to change into riding gear and meet up back in front of the main lodge in assigned rows. This info will be given to you at breakfast at 8:30am.
9:30am – Staging – Front of Lodge entrance – Pull sleds into assigned lanes.
Huckleberry and Chocolate themed. When you return from your snowmobile ride. Get into cozy clothes and join us the great living room for a Happy Hour sponsored by our friends at Willie’s Distillery and hosted by Cowboy Gary and a Taste of the West. It’s time to turn the party on! Tastings of wine, whiskey and Bourbon with Huckleberry flare of the west. And yes, some chocolate hints for sure. As Huckelbery and chocolate go hand in hand out west.
preview of auction and raffle items will be displayed. A cowboy dinner will be provided giving you the feel of the Wyoming spirit. The “Guide” auction will follow dinner with evening fun from the day shared.
Saturday
7:00am – 8:30am – Breakfast
9:00 am – Rider Check In & Stagging Assigned
Stagging 9:30am – Sleds to pull into lanes.
5:30 pm – 6:30pm – Happy Hour with Taste of the West – Hot totties and treats will awaken and refresh you after a long day of seeing the beautiful forest. Spice and everything that’s nice will delight your taste buds as we get ready for the big 19th Wyoming Snow Run Party and Fundraiser. Get your energy up with light and airy tastings of Wyoming Whiskeys, Bourbons and Wines from Cowboy Gary.
After the Party: Follow us to the bar area for a toast of the evening. A tradition to start this year to thank and wish all well to the next time we meet again.
Check Out: Please check out of rooms before 11am.
If you came with us, you will be leaving with us on Sunday. We will give the schedule on Saturday evening of snow coach times and van assignments to the airport.
what's included / $$ COSt/ Pledge Levels to Participate
Raising pledges is the key to helping those in need and is critical to the event’s success. We ask that each participant goal themselves to raise above the minimum pledge package to participate.
Pledges above the minimum package amount will help more patients to be helped.
Participants will be recognized for pledge raising and a top fundraiser will be also awarded.

Due at Sign Up: $300.00 before December 1st.

TRAVEL INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT:
Closet Airport: Jackson Hole, Wyoming – Airport Code: JAC
Drive Time from Jackson Hole Airport to Brooks Lake Lodge: 1.5 hours + depending on weather. The drive is scenic and takes you through many national parks. We hope you will see moose, bison or other wildlife on the drive up. The view of the Teton Mountains is breathtaking as you fly in. Try and sit on the on the right side of the plane. This will be your most fun ride as we will be your personal tour guide and tell you all about the scenery and history of the area.
- 3pm – We are asking all that fly into be at the Jackson Hole airport no later than 3pm. As we will be picking up multiple people for the event.
Driving:
Are you driving to the event and not flying in? You will need to advise Pink Ribbon Riders when you reserve your space for the event. There is limited parking at the road top. Once you connect with PRR, we will make the arrangements for you to be picked up by Snowcoach and then bring you in the other 5 miles to the lodge on the snowmobile trail. * We are asking all that drive in to arrive at 3pm in the upper lot.
Sunday Departure: We will return you to the airport on Sunday.
Cancellation Policy
Nope we don’t cancel the event. Snow Runs WILL go forward no matter what mother nature throws at us….we don’t cancel!
It’s not all about the ride, this is the one main event for the fundraising for the year. If we do not have this event, we can not give.
Come and join the camaraderie!
- $300.00 is non refundable after Nov. 1st. Unless you can fill your reservation space. Contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Statement
We will provide an event that will be fun for all, while keeping the cause in mind of raising funds for those in need and the safety of all participating.
