Come join the fun and take part in the St. Germain Men's Swimsuit Radar Run while helping to raise money for the Pink Ribbon Riders! A great weekend of fun with the added silliness of men in swimsuits going fast for a good cause.

To get started Pre-Registration is free. Each participant will need to raise a minimum of $100.00 to compete no later than one week prior to the race.   We encourage you to register and raise your $100.00 a few weeks prior if you can though as we have participant goodies that you will receive and it will help us better prepare that we know you are coming. 

  Be our Top Fundraiser! Raising pledges makes you eligible to compete for prizes.

 Every participant will receive a participant gift at the time of check in. Awards are done at the track after the runs or at a gathering place in the evening.

  We encourage you to goal yourself at $500 as that is how much is given to each patient in need that applies to the Pink Ribbon Riders Patient Assistance Program.

Be that person!  Raising pledges is the name of the game for the Men's Swimsuit Radar Run. The more pledges that are raised the more people we can help that are battling breast cancer. The day is about fun, but the mission is about helping those battling having one day a little less stressful in their fight.  The top fundraiser will be recognized with thank you gifts from our sponsors as well as new in 2022 a top fundraiser TROPHY that will be sure to make you laugh and show it off with pride!  Can't wait to share it with you!

 3 CONTESTS: #1 Top Speed,  #2Top Fundraiser #3 Best Swimsuit will all be recognized with awards and prizes

To qualify for the recognition prizes you have to be registered and paid in full 1 week prior to the event. 

Be creative and the best swimsuit could also be the key to keeping you warm that day! 

 Recognitions and awards will be presented at the PRR Trailer following the event and or at a gathering placed that will be announced at check in. 

 

 

How to participate

  Registration will be from 4-6 pm on the track Friday 2/2

AND

At the Pink Ribbon Riders booth 9:30-10 am Saturday 2/3.

  • Register today for FREE and RESERVE your spot. $100 to be raised prior to race week.
  • Raise pledges from now till the night before the race day online through our pledge raising software
  • Every $500.00 raised helps one patient in need. This is a great goal to aim for.
  • Be creative with your swimsuit as it can win you a great prize.
  • Check in is required see times. Watch your email the week prior for updates from Pink Ribbon Riders
  • Run  starts at 11am sharp on 2/3. 
  • $100.00 minimum raised per per person. 
  • If you are raising funds on Facebook, you must notify us 2 weeks prior to race day. 
  • Your fundraising is unlimited and we hope you take part in raising pledges as this is the main idea of this event is to raise funds for those in need.  And you will qualify for gifts and a chance to be the TOP FUNDRAISER.                                                                                                                                                                                      

When do I turn my money raised in?

  • Raise Pledges Online - This will help so you do not have to worry about cash or checks.
  • If you do get checks, please have them written out to Pink Ribbon Riders and mail them in 2 weeks prior to race. DO NOT HOLD ONTO CHECKS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
  • Online pledges, the donor will receive an automatic email receipt! And you can check your ongoing total amount raised.
  • Turn in all your pledges by 10am at the PRR booth on Saturday if you have not already mailed in.  Or you can turn it at registration on Friday (4-6pm) also. 
  • Raise pledges on Facebook!   Make sure to notify us that you are doing this as Facebook does not tell us you are doing it.
  • MAIL IN: You can send in your pledges via mail with a pledge sheet or you can raise pledges online and track your progress.  We ask that you try and raise all your pledges prior to the week of the event to help us better prepare your prizes.   

Schedule

  • WATCH YOUR EMAIL THE MONDAY PRIOR TO RACE FOR ALL UPDATES AND INFORMATION
  • All participants need to check in on Friday (4-6pm) or Saturday (9:30-10am). With any additional funds turned in at that time.
  • You can mail your pledges in prior to the event also (mail them at least 2 weeks prior to the event). 
  • All participants to the warming area/ trailer no later than 10:30am. 
  • At that time, your sleds and 1 pit crew member will be directed where to stage your snowmobile. 
  • If you are aiming to go over 100mph you MUST wear a SAFETY VEST. No exceptions! 
  • Come dressed in your SWIMSIUT with something to keep you warm!

Fundraising

  • Easier than you think!                                                                                                                               When you register online, you create a fundraising profile. You can send this profile out to others through email and your social media. Anyone can make a donation to you right there online. They receive a receipt right away! 
  • Checks: If you collect cash or checks, please make the checks out to: Pink Ribbon Riders 
  • Cash/ change - if you are mailing to us, please make your cash or change into a money order.   Please send along with a PLEDGE SHEET that can be found on the right side of this page.
