DESCRIPTION:3 nights/ 4 days and 2 full days of snowmobile riding\, tasting
 \, wine\, whiskey and bourbons. And lots of new friends. Oh.. and parties 
 too!\nCelebrate this soon to be 105-years-old lodge and is one of the last
  family-owned lodges in Wyoming.\nBrooks Lake Lodge is nestled away 5 mile
 s deep in from the road in the Shoshone Forest and is only accessible by s
 nowmobile or snow coach.No cars can drive up to this lodge!Yep\, we will m
 eet you and haul you and your luggage into the lodge from the road where t
 he parking lot is. Each participant will receive goodies and gifts that wi
 ll help you pack lightly for this adventure. \n\nArrival on Thursday we wi
 ll destress you from your travels with a welcome social at 6pm hosted by 
 “Taste of the West” and Cowboy Gary. Delighting you with Wyoming Bourb
 on\, Whiskey and Wines from around the state. Dinner to follow and announc
 ements. Then a relaxing evening as we get ready for 2 days of riding and o
 r a choice of snow tubing or snow shoeing. You will have not only have dra
 nk a “Taste of the West” over the weekend but also experienced the foo
 d of the west in all your meals being included.Lots of socials\, parties\,
  contests\, awards and auctions fill the weekend. And most fun of all our 
 professional guide auction. Sunday\, we send you off with breakfast and go
 ing away hugs and gifts. A group photo by the epic fireplace in the grand 
 dining room and lots of photos for you to take with you. \n\n Every turn f
 or you will be memorable and fun as the attention to detail will be second
  to none.As we come together to raise funds for men and women battling bre
 ast cancer there will be professionally guided snowmobile rides\, fundrais
 ing\, awards and more. \nYou will be provided above and beyond what you no
 rmally would experience during your stay. This is a true bucket list adven
 ture\, vacation whatever you choose to call it. While we come together to 
 raise funds for those in need. You will not be disappointed. \n\nWHO CAN C

 d lots of fun! Seriously\, leans to more of an adult event as long as your

 . \n\nFriday – Morning: 7:00am – 8:30 am Breakfast and announcements\n
 \nStaging Prep:Stagging of sleds in the morning after breakfast. You will 
 have time to change into riding gear and meet up back in front of the main
  lodge in assigned rows. This info will be given to you at breakfast at 8:
 30am.\n\n9:30am – Staging – Front of Lodge entrance – Pull sleds int
 o assigned lanes. \n\n5:30pm – Willie’s Distillery Happy Hour – Host
 ed by A Taste of the West\nHuckleberry and Chocolate themed. When you retu
 rn from your snowmobile ride. Get into cozy clothes and join us the great 
 living room for a Happy Hour sponsored by our friends at Willie’s Distil
 lery and hosted by Cowboy Gary and a Taste of the West. It’s time to tur
 n the party on!Tastings of wine\, whiskey and Bourbon with Huckleberry fla
 re of the west. And yes\, some chocolate hints for sure. As Huckelbery and
  chocolate go hand in hand out west.\n \nFriday Evening:Dinner – 6:30pm 
 \nJoin us in the grand dining room for the celebration of 19 years of the 
 Wyoming Snow Run event.A\npreview of auction and raffle items will be disp
 layed. A cowboy dinner will be provided giving you the feel of the Wyoming
  spirit. The “Guide” auction will follow dinner with evening fun from 
 the day shared.\nSaturday \n\n7:00am – 8:30am – Breakfast \n\n9:00 am 
 – Rider Check In & Stagging Assigned\n\nStagging 9:30am – Sleds to pul
 l into lanes. \n\n5:30 pm – 6:30pm – Happy Hour with Taste of the West
  – Hot totties and treats will awaken and refresh you after a long day o
 f seeing the beautiful forest. Spice and everything that’s nice will del
 ight your taste buds as we get ready for the big 19th Wyoming Snow Run Par
 ty and Fundraiser. Get your energy up with light and airy tastings of Wyom
 ing Whiskeys\, Bourbons and Wines from Cowboy Gary. \n\n6:30pm – 19th Wy
 oming Snow Run Dinner Party and Awards- Dinner combined with our awards pa
 rty\, fundraising recognitions\, live auction\, silent auction\, game winn
 ers announced\, best dressed will be recognized. Top Fundraiser recognitio
 n. Best Moment of the Day awards. This is the night to shine\, dress to ni
 nes or bring the pink. It’s whichever you choose but help us make our pi
 ctures as memorable as the times we have had together this weekend. \nAfte
 r the Party: Follow us to the bar area for a toast of the evening. A tradi
 tion to start this year to thank and wish all well to the next time we mee

  THE EVENT:\nCloset Airport: Jackson Hole\, Wyoming– Airport Code: JAC \
 n\nDrive Time from Jackson Hole Airport to Brooks Lake Lodge:1.5 hours + d
 epending on weather. The drive is scenic and takes you through many nation
 al parks. We hope you will see moose\, bison or other wildlife on the driv
 e up. The view of the Teton Mountains is breathtaking as you fly in. Try a
 nd sit on the on the right side of the plane. This will be your most fun r
 ide as we will be your personal tour guide and tell you all about the scen
 ery and history of the area.\n\n3pm – We are asking all that fly into be
  at the Jackson Hole airport no later than 3pm. As we will be picking up m
 ultiple people for the event. \nDriving:\n\nAre you driving to the event a
 nd not flying in?You will need to advise Pink Ribbon Riders when you reser
 ve your space for the event. There is limited parking at the road top. Onc
 e you connect with PRR\, we will make the arrangements for you to be picke
 d up by Snowcoach and then bring you in the other 5 miles to the lodge on 
 the snowmobile trail.*We are asking all that drive in to arrive at 3pm in 
 the upper lot. \n\nSunday Departure:We will return you to the airport on S
 unday. \n\n Cancellation Policy\nNope we don’t cancel the event. Snow Ru
 ns WILL go forward no matter what mother nature throws at us….we don’t
