Saturday- Ugly Sweater; Enter the banquet dinner with anything ugly goes. Winner will receive a $50.00 valued gift certificate or valued prize.

Friday Night- Derby Hat Contest; Eligible ONLY for participants that reach Level 2 in participation. A gift certificate of $100.00 value will be awarded to the winner of each Snow Run Event.

The Snow Run is an event open to both men and women, including a Friday night welcome social, Saturday snowmobile ride , and  Dinner Event  banquet. You can ride with us or just come for the Dinner Event!  

A lot of new things in 2018! 



  • 8:00pm – Tree Tops Resort- Welcome Social – Join us for the check in of all participants and a the kick off to all the fun.  Stop in when you can from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There are are no planned activities this night. But agendas and times for Saturday will be available. Participants raising pledges must turn in pledges this night. Sign up for the Saturday contests.


This is up to you!  You can take part as a dinner banquet participant and raise pledges to be the top fundraiser. Or you can choose to take part in one of the activities offered. At any level you choose, you have to option to fundraise for the cause and possibly be the top fundraiser!


  • Chef”s dinner prompt at 6:00 pm.
  • The evening is jammed packed with:
  • A survivor recipient will be recognized and awarded with the Pink Ribbon Riders Giving Program.
  • Sled decorating contest will be awarded.
  • Bra Decorating Contest – Bring or wear a decorated bra – you could win a prize!
  • Fish bowl fundraiser
  • Silent Auction
  • Awards and recognition to those who participated in raising pledges towards the event.
  • Top Fundraiser will be recognized and awarded.



 You choose how you want to participate. Start today for $5.00 and raise pledges to earn what level you want to be at. Or you can just pay for the level when you are signing up. Deadlines do apply to reach Level 1 or 2.  We do not accept walk ins the day of the event as we have to pay for dinner space a head of time. Please let us know if you have questions.

* Children under 18: Sorry there are no discounts for children as we have to count everyone at the event as a person as space is limited for how many we can have attend for this is our one main fundraiser for the year. (Minimum age to participate is 12yrs old)



Bra Decorating Contest –  Open to all!  Wear your decorated bra to the 
Friday night social gathering. When you check in please fill out an entry form.
* This is one of the event’s  fundraising activities for the success of the event.
We encourage all to participate! …….hint bring $1.00 bills!
* Prize awarded for the “audience best choice” *  $50.00 to $100.00 gift value!


Sled Decorating Contest – Entry to be filled out Friday night when you arrive.
Bring you decorated sled to the staging area on Saturday morning.
Once you are in line in staging for your riding group, your sled will be judged by volunteers.
 * Prize value $50.00  to $100.00!
* this contest helps spreads awareness to the event. When you are out riding for the day, people do notice the decorated sleds!
* We have often gained new participants because of the notice the decorated sleds have gotten on the trails!
* FUN while helping the cause!

Top Fundraiser

Be that person! The person that raises the most amount of donations ( pledges) for the event. This person will be recognized as well as others that reach the different levels of the pledge program on Saturday evening.  Each person raising $500 or more will be named on the website “500” Club members.


Teams: Sign up with your friends as a team and: 1. The team that raises the most amount of money together with EACH individual person raising money under their name will receive a recognition at the Saturday night banquet..

Past Participant Incentive: Bring a new Snow Run friend – Have a friend that is new to the Snow Run event sign up and attend, you will receive a recognition at the Saturday banquet dinner.


If you are choosing the activity of the snowmobile ride, here are some of the details:

  • Organized snowmobile ride  with trail leaders provided.-9:30am – 5:30pm
  • Groups are based on rider ability, and have a trail leader or you can sign up to ride on your own called TOPLESS!
  • Each rider group is broken into 10-15 riders.
  • You must be 12 years of age or older to participate in the Snow Run.  Even if you are riding double with a parent. Or attending as a non rider.
  • You must have a safety certificate to drive your own snowmobile per the state in which you are participating. Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and cannot ride in the Hooter Haulers Group. They must ride in the same group as the parent. You must have legal guardian paperwork with you the day of event. Contact us ahead of time for this paperwork. 
  • Pink Ribbon Riders reserves the right to deny an underage person to ride in the event if they do not have a proof of age and safety certificate at any Snow Run event.



Nope we don’t cancel…..The Snow Runs WILL  go forward no matter what mother nature throws at us….we don’t cancel!

It’s not all about the ride, this is the one main event for the fundraising for the year. Come and join the camaraderie!


communication_scriptWe will communicate with all registered participants through email a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event if bad snow conditions are present. The event does not cancel and we will continue the 2 day event with substitutions to the activities.

Monday before the event: An email with full agenda will be emailed to all participants the Monday prior to the event.

All questions for the Snow Run events should be emailed.
