2009 Snow Run Event Information:
• Two days of organized fun!
• Open to men & women of all riding abilities.
• Organized ride with trail leaders and sweepers provided!
• Registration and the fundraising pledge program is based on an individual basis.
* Pledges are not to be turned in as a team.
• Riders will be paired together by riding style and ability.
• Groups that come together are to be paired no more than 12.
• Please identify your group in your registration paperwork.
• Space will be limited and pre registration is required.
* Registration deadline is 1 month prior to event, if event does not fill up prior to that.
• Participants may choose to raise additional donations/pledges for the cause.
• Pledge levels for participation & prize incentives are awarded.
• Top fundraiser is recognized
• “Sled Awareness” Decorating contest sponsored by Powermadd Company.
• Registrar ion $100.00 to participate.

-Friday party w/ music, games, contests, silent auction, food and more!
-Saturday Snow Run Event ride with trail leaders and sweepers,
Saturday lunch & dinner party, music & giveaways,
event collectors patch, door prizes and more!
Snow Run Agenda:
Friday March 20, 2009:
Welcome Party: 7:00 to 9:00pm
* Participants are welcomed with music and light snacks to kick off the 2nd Annual
Wyoming Snow Run.
* Goodie Bags given out.
* Door prizes
* Silent auction
* Vintage Snow Suit contest held.
Saturday March 21, 2009:
Event Day start of ride time: 10:00am sharp
* Lunch included
* Dinner party with music & giveaways.
* Times are tentative and web site will be updated.
* All participants that register will receive a registration packet by mail with details of the event.
Registration:
-Registration is available online and opens in September.
-Online registration is encouraged as you will help us
as we are a volunteer organization and this creates less paperwork for us to process.
-Online Registration will help you to let you tell your family and friends through out the USA what you are involved with by creating your own Snow Run email page!
-Space is limited for the Snow Runs and Pink Ribbon Riders have the right to close registration once the event is full. We will post all updates on the Snow Run event page.
Our Policy for events:
* The Snow Runs will go forward no matter what mother nature throws at us. We will provide an event that will be fun for all while keeping the cause in mind of raising funds for those in need.
Prize Program:
The prize program is an optional fundraising program for all to participate in if they wish.
The prize program helps the Pink Ribbon Riders raise funds for those in need.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
* Participant registration is not counted towards the prize program.
* You may send pledges and donations towards your total for the Prize program in early through
out the year as we will keep a total for you.
* Additional pledge forms can be downloaded from the home page.
* Please write the NY SNOW RUN and your name in the memo area of your donation/ pledge
checks before sending it to us.
* Matching Funds cannot be counted towards the prize program.

Age Limits for the Snow Run:
1. Riders must have a safety certificate to ride their own snowmobile per the state in which you
are participating. The age that is required for a safety certificate in each state is the minimum
age required to participate in a Snow Run event.
2. Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and can not ride in
the Hooter Haulers Group.They must ride in the same group as the parent.
3. Pink Ribbon Riders reserves the right to deny an under age person to ride in the event if they do not have a proof of age and safety certificate at any Snow Run event.
