Snow Run Tour Product Sponsors

The 2011 Snow Run Tour stops at the beautiful Otsego Club & Resort in Gaylord for the
5th Annual Michigan Snow Run. The Snow Run is an organized snowmobile ride and dinner banquet to help raise funds for men and women diagnosed with breast cancer.

2011 Snow Run Includes:

  • Two (2) days of fun!
  • Friday Night Welcome Party:
    • Silent auction, appetizers & chili bar, contests, live music.
  • Saturday includes:
    • Ride, coffee bar & breakfast snacks (new!), lunch, dinner banquet, live music.
  • Event Ride is 60 to 100+ miles based on riding groups.
  • Groups are based on rider ability, and have a trail leader & sweeper.
  • Each rider group is broken into 10-15 riders.
  • Each participant receives the snow run limited edition event collectors patch.
  • Optional pledge rewards program.
  • Door prizes, contests and giveaways.
  • Meet new friends while riding in honor and memory of those we love!

Registration:

  • Per person - $100.00 - Opens in September 2010
          *After January 10th, 2011 - $110 per person.
  • Pre-Registration for the event is required.
  • Registration is done in an online format.
  • Minimum age requirement of 12 years old to ride in event.
  • Online Registration will send an email receipt right back to you and also allows you to fund raise online. You can tell your family and friends throughout the US what you are involved with by creating your own Snow Run email page!
  • Space is limited for the Snow Runs and Pink Ribbon Riders has the right to close registration once the event is full. We will post all updates on the Snow Run event page.

Contests:

Friday Night
  • Vintage Outfit - Do you have a great vintage outfit? Bring it along. Yes you will have it to wear it to win!

  • Bra Decorating - Have fun in good taste and be as creative as you can! Entry Form

Saturday Morning

  • Sled Awareness - Go one step further than riding with a pink bra on your sled, show us your talent for the best awareness decorated sled! Entry Form



2011 Pledge Rewards Program:

The pledge rewards program is an optional fundraising program open to all participants. This program helps raise additional funds so Pink Ribbon Riders can help breast cancer patients. Every penny raised is closer to another $500.00 assistance gift given to a patient in need.

Minimum Age Limit for the Snow Run:

  1. You must be 12 years of age or older to participate in the Snow Run. You must must be 12 years of age or older and have a safety certificate to drive your own snowmobile per the state in which you are participating.
  2. Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and cannot ride in the Hooter Haulers Group. They must ride in the same group as the parent.
  3. Pink Ribbon Riders reserves the right to deny an underage person to ride in the event if they do not have a proof of age and safety certificate at any Snow Run event.

Our Policy for Events:
The Snow Runs will go forward no matter what mother nature throws at us. We will provide an event that will be fun for all, while keeping the cause in mind of raising funds for those in need.

OUR MISSION
The Pink Ribbon Riders mission is to promote breast cancer awareness in the motor sports industry for both men and women, while raising funds for those in need. In combining these two goals for our organization, we hope to bring people in the community closer as this disease not only affects those diagnosed but also those who love them. "Riding in honor and in memory of those we love".

The Pink Ribbon Riders is a small volunteer based 501(c)(3) non profit organization that raises funds through motor sports related events. Funds raised are distributed through an assistance program that is made available to both men and women breast cancer patients. The Pink Ribbon Riders is a grass roots effort.
